During my recent stay, I was highly impressed by the fantastic location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near top attractions, making my exploration effortless. the room was spacious and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere despite the absence of a closet or hangers.

I did notice a minor inconvenience with a lack of extra toiletries in the bathroom. While this didn't significantly impact my experience, it would have been a nice touch.

The staff were both very very helpful and caring. Location: the hotel was very close to the Lombok airport. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby...

Just had a terrific stay at this hotel! the staff here go above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP from the second you step foot in the lobby. the room service was prompt and super friendly. the housekeeping team does a stellar job , the room was spotless! the breakfast spread was out of this world , from local Asian treats to fresh fruits and Western options, there's something for everyone. the outdoor swimming pool and gym were clean and well, maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of travelling. the location , close to the international airport , was exactly what we needed and made our trip hassle, free. Can't wait to come back!

There was a minor issue with the shower head not being adjustable, but nothing major. It would also be lovely to see the hotel focus more on eco, friendliness, like offering options to refill water bottles and reduce plastic waste.
